Exchanges – Refunds - Repairs

Within 30 Days

Exchange - Tocara will only exchange jewelry returned in new and unworn condition. Exchanges are only available within 30 days of purchase. If an item of greater value is selected, the retail difference and applicable tax are required.

Refund - Tocara will only issue a refund on jewelry returned in new and unworn condition (with original receipt of proof-of-purchase). Refunds are not available after 30 days. Only the value of the item is refunded (not the shipping and handling charges).

After 30 Days (no exchanges or refunds… Only repairs)

Tocara will identify items with manufactured defects (we do not cover normal wear and tear or damage to product from accidents or misuse). If a jewelry item is found to contain a manufacturer’s defect, Tocara will repair or replace it.

If the item cannot be repaired and is no longer available, the item will be replaced with an item of equal value. (Replacement item to be determined by the customer). If an item of greater value is selected, the retail difference and applicable tax are required. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred for retuning any items.

Shipping Fees to Return the Item to Head Office

Exchange— Tocara will send a prepaid return label. It is the Customer’s responsibility to use proper shipping and packing materials to protect the jewelry being returned (we suggest using a padded envelope and a box). Tocara is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. Items lost in shipping back to Tocara or damaged due to improper packaging will not be refunded or exchanged.

Refund— It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the shipping cost of items being returned for a refund. It is also the Customer’s responsibility to use proper shipping and packing materials to protect the jewelry being returned (we suggest using a padded envelope and a box). Tocara is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. Items lost in shipping back to Tocara or damaged due to improper packaging will not be refunded or exchanged.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the shipping cost of items being returned for a repair. Proper shipping and packing materials should be used in packaging the product(s) being returned and the most economical means of shipping is suggested. All returns must be shipped to Tocara shipping pre-paid. Tocara does not accept shipping-collect packages. Tocara is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. Items damaged due to improper shipping to Tocara will not be repaired replaced.

Other Costs

After 6 Months (no exchanges or refunds… Only repairs )

If Repairable— Products returned more than 6 months after purchase will incur a $7.50 plus tax operational charge, per item.. To avoid delays in processing repairs, be sure to include payment information.

Watch Warranty: Tocara warrants their watches for 12 months from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover the lifespan of the battery, normal wear, scratches, accidents or negligence. This warranty does not include the replacement of the box, glass face, band/bracelet or any shipping expenses incurred. Warranty applies only to the watch mechanism.

Other Information

  • It’s important to keep your original receipt. It contains your order number and all the important information in case you need it.
  • Slight irregularities and variations in silversmith work or in natural stone colors and inclusions are characteristic of the uniqueness and individual handcraftsmanship of the product and should not be considered as defective.
  • Replacement of lost stones during the 6 months after purchase is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • The Tocara USA and Canadian phone numbers and addresses are located in the contact us page.
  • Consultants are eligible for an exchange only if the item is defective within the 30 days after the receipt of the item.
  • Consultants are not eligible for refunds.

Promotional Codes

  • Promotional codes cannot be used more than once per customer/account.
  • Customers can only apply 1 promotional code per purchase.
  • If a return is made, the customer will be paid only the amount they paid (total amount at checkout minus the value of thepromotional code).
  • Promotional codes are not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
  • Promotional codes are only available for limited time only, unless stated otherwise.
  • Tocara Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
